PURPOSE:To make a small light motor and obtain many degrees of freedom from one motor by applying alternating currents to stators to provide a vertical shaft and a horizontal shaft, which is the central shaft of rotors, with many degrees of freedom of rotation. CONSTITUTION:Stators S1 and S2 are made of upper and lower disc piezoelectric elements 4 and 5 and elastic bodies 6 and 7 and alternating currents with the same phase or a 180 deg. phase difference are applied to them for stretching vibration. That is, the stators S1 and S2 consisting of the piezoelectric elements 4 and 5 arranged face to face at the specified distance with the elastic plates 6 and 7 interposed therebetween are arranged on the inner face of a base frame 1, a plurality of rotors R1-R3 are arranged rotatably around a vertical shaft 9 piercing at the centers the stators, and the vertical shaft 9 and a horizontal shaft 18, which is the central shaft of the rotors R1-R3, are provided with degrees of freedom of rotation by applying alternating currents to the stators S1 and S2. |
