摘要 The arrangement for measuring forces and torques on static and moving objects consists of a movement device which can be fixed, a force measurement device and fixing arrangements for the object and the device. The arrangement can be mounted in a wind tunnel or on a measurement vehicle. Two octade structures (01,02) are structurally joined together at three nodes. Force sensors (k) are integrated into rods connecting nodes in one structure. Longitudinal motion devices (L) are built into rods connecting nodes in the other structure. The movement device and object are mounted on one or more octade planes (A,B,Z1,Z2). USE/ADVANTAGE - Forces and torques are measured fully in all 6 components with elimination of errors, e.g. those caused by friction effects, and over wide range of applications.
