The present invention briefly relates to a shank (3), preferably for adjustable spanners with a regripping function. The shank (3) has a connection element (8) with two substantially parallel walls, between which the rear part of the spanner head (2) is pivotably received. The connection element (8) is formed from a plate, to suitably comprise two mutually mirrored parts which are folded towards each other to form the substantially parallel walls. The part of the shank (3) constituting the handle (9, 10) of the adjustable spanner (1) is rigidly connected to the connection element (8) at the end thereof facing the spanner head (2). |
