<p>PURPOSE:To form a form layer having a uniform thickness without being influenced by a gap between a metallic pipe and synthetic resin pipe, by a method wherein prior to insertion of the synthetic resin pipe into the metallic pipe, an outer circumferential surface of the synthetic resin pipe is coated with a form layer. CONSTITUTION:An outer circumferential surface of a synthetic resin pipe 17 possessing thermal expansion properties is coated with a foam layer 16 having a uniform thickness. Then a synthetic resin pipe 17 whose outer circumferential surface is coated with the foam layer 16 is inserted into a metallic pipe 15. Then the synthetic resin pipe 17 is expanded by heating the same, the synthetic resin pipe 17 is stuck close to the inner circumferential surface of the metallic pipe 15 through an adhesive agent layer and a desired composite pipe is obtained.</p> |
