<p>PURPOSE:To prevent invasion of a high viscosity material into an air motor by providing a washing space holding a solvent and the like between the air motor and a pump member, and washing a plunger shaft connecting to a piston shaft and a plunger. CONSTITUTION:In this plunger pump 1 suitable for conveying a high viscosity material, a pump member 4 is fixed on the lower side of an air motor 2 through a connecting tube 3, and the connecting tube 3 has a sealing device 5. In the sealing device 5, a washing space 11 to hold a high viscosity material of solvent, a lubricant, and the like is provided at the middle part of the connecting tube 3,. and at the same time, a piston shaft 10 and a plunger shaft 12 linking to the lower end of the piston shaft 10 are inserted in the wash ing space 11, and a communication hole 13 is engraved on the intermediate side wall of the connecting tube 3. On the other hand, a bottom plate 14 is fixed to the lower side of the connecting tube 3, a case 15 is fixed between the upper side of the connecting tube 3 and the bottom plate 14 to surround the connecting tube 3, and furthermore, a case cover 17 is fixed to the outer side of the case 15 to form an accumulating part 16.</p> |
