THERMOPLASTIC FILM IMPROVED IN SLIPPERINESS AND ANTI-BLOCK NATURE

PURPOSE:To provide the title film containing a specific amount of specific spherical composite fine particles made up of a polysiloxane and vinyl polymer. CONSTITUTION:The objective thermoplastic film containing 0.005-5wt.% of spherical composite fine particles composed of (A) a polysiloxane made up of at least one kind of structural unit of the formula ((n) is integer, 0-3; R is hydrocarbon group having C directly bound to Si and incapable of radical polymerization) and containing >=15mol% of unit(s) with n<=1 and (B) a polymer from at least one kind of vinyl monomer inert to silanol group (formable atom group). The particles has the following characteristics: (1) weight ratio A/B: 97/3-30/70; (2) mean particle size: 0.05-5mum; (3) the standard deviation for the particle size: 1-2.5; (4) ratio major radius/minor radius: 1-1.2. Both the components A and B are mutually mixed in an integrated fashion and not covalently bound each other.
