PURPOSE:To prevent the contamination of components which are recovered at the second and following times with a component which has been recovered at the preceding time by using a four-port switching valve, and connecting a cleaning-fluid feeding part to a recovery line and a waste line. CONSTITUTION:When a separated component which is not required to be recovered is detected after another separated component has been recovered, a first port 81a is communicated to a second port 82a in a switching valve 80, and the separated component is guided into a waste line A. At this time, the separated component remaining in a recovery nozzle 50 is recovered into a recovery cup 50-1 through a fourth port 84a and a third port 83a by operating a sending pump 100 which is communicated to a cleaning-fluid feeding part 90. When the separated component which is to be recovered at the next time is detected, the ports 81a, 83a and 84a are communicated. The separated component is guided into a recovery line B and recovered into a recovery cup 50-2 through the recovery nozzle 50. |
