<p>PURPOSE:To integrally form a lining and an existing pipe and to improve water stopping property and strength by adhering the end part of the lining to the existing pipe by means of a glass cloth and resin cured at a room temperature when the inside of the existing pipe is reinforced by the lining. CONSTITUTION:In order to improve adhesion between an existing pipe and a lining, surface processing is applied on the existing pipe and the end part of the lining by means of a disc sander. Since the inner size of the existing pipe is different from that of the lining, a staged part is produced at an endmost part and therefore, a molding work is applied by a disc sander to form a gentle slope. A glass mat impregnated with resin prepared such that a main agent and a curing agent are properly blended together is then manufactured. The mat is mounted on the end part of a pipe on which lining is applied and the lined pipe is connected to an existing pipe. Thereafter, resin may be cured at a room temperature but if there is a need to shorten a time before the starting of water supply, the resin may be gradually cured from a room temperature by using a hot blast generating device. By finishing a pipe end by the above method, the lining and the existing pipe can be formed integrally and reliability on reclamation of a pipe is improved.</p> |
