PURPOSE:To insert smoothly metal fittings into a molding tool, by a method wherein an insertion action of the inner metal fittings and a pressing-in action of a molding tool into a recessed part are performed by keeping pace with each other by a metal fitting pushing and moving device and molding tool pushing and moving device. CONSTITUTION:Inner cylinder metal fittings 15 are inserted into a molding tool 18, which is in a broken state by being extruded through a recessed part, in an axial direction by a metal fitting pushing and moving member 74. The molding tool 18 is moved in a contracting direction of the diameter by pushing and moving the molding tool 18 by a molding tool pushing and moving member 76, a large-diameter part 17 of the inner cylinder metal fittings 15 passes through an insertion port 38 and the molding tool 18 is moved by contracting the diameter up to a position where an abutting part 40 of the molding tool 18 is to abut against the tip surface of the inner cylinder metal fittings 15. Forward movement of the molding tool pushing and moving member 76 is suspended by stopper devices 44, 82 and only the metal fitting pushing and moving member 74 is moved forward and simultaneously with forward movement of those inner cylinder metal fittings 15 and molding tool 18 based on abutment between the inner cylinder metal fittings 15 and the abutting part 40 of the molding tool 18, the molding tool 18 is mold-clamped by an action of a guide device. |
