<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a glass latch from being damaged by constituting a rear hatch of a glass hatch which opens upward and a hard hatch which opens downward and moving the glass hatch in the opening direction at the time of opening the hard hatch. CONSTITUTION:A rear hatch is divided into a glass hatch 2 which opens upward and hard hatch 3 which opens downward and a cable 5 is connected with an outer handle 4 provided at the outside upper end of the hatch 3. The upper end of the hatch 3 supports a rotating shaft 62 provided on the free end side of an upper hinge 6 as a pivot so that the hinge 6 can rotates freely on the upper end. When the handle 4 is pulled up, a switch is turned on and a motor 7 is actuated, resulting in the rotation of the hinge 6 around a shaft 62. When the hinge 6 rotates, the hatch 2 makes upward parallel displacement so that the hatch 2 can be prevented from being strongly struck by the opening or closing hatch 3. Therefore, the hatch 2 can be prevented from being damaged.</p> |
