An egg boiling device having an electric heater as a heat source for cooking eggs with heat without breaking eggshells, or boiling eggs at households in general. When heating and cooking eggs with the conventional egg boiling device, for preventing eggs from being heated higher than an intended level, eggs must be taken out from the boiling device in response to buzzer sounding when eggs are heated to an intended level for a certain length of time, thereby causing much inconvenience. This invention is to remove such inconvenience as above and prevents heating and coagulation of eggs more then intended in such a way that a cooling water vessel (3) to be filled with cooling water is disposed above a heating vessel (2) and cooling water is automatically poured into the heating vessel (2) by a stop valve acting in association with a timer (9) when eggs are heated and coagulated as intended, whereby temperatures of the heating vessel (2) and water therein are lowered to 65 DEG C corresponding to the egg-coagulation temperature or under. This invention simplifies the accurate cooking of eggs. |
