The cold rolled steel plate of good shape-freezing property is produced by keeping low-carbon steel at 1000-1300 deg.C for 1-2 hours, hot-rolling at the temperature of above Ar3 transformation point, winding at the above 600 deg.C, cold-rolling at 70-80 % winding reduction, condinuously annealing at above recrystallization temperature. The low-carbon steel contains 0.011-0.025 wt.% C, 0.1 wt.% or less Mn, 0.03-0.1 wt.% Sol Al, 0.08-0.15 wt.% Ti, 0.07 wt.% N, 0.02 wt.% or less S and a little impurities, specially contains Ti at the equation of (Ti/48)(C/12
