摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To aim at prevention of thermal destruction of compressors and electromagnetic clutch members by separating a rotor from a clutch plate when an electromagnetic clutch is locked after connecting an electrification control device, which controls the electrification by means of detection of the locking by the excitation coil temperature, to the intermediate leader line and the end leader line of a excitation coil. CONSTITUTION:The terminal 10' of No.1 coil is connected to a relay contact point 16b and an intermediate terminal 11' to the input terminal 13a of a comparator 13 and ground the terminal 12' of No.2 coil after providing a leader line in the middle position of the coil portion of an electromagnetic clutch. Further the leader line 9a of a connecting portion 9 between a resistance 17 and a variable resistance 18 is connected to the input terminal 13b of the comparator 13 and the potential difference between the terminal 13a and 13b is input to a judging circuit 14 whereby a judging signal V d of the friction condition between the clutch rotor and the armature is output. In a locked condition, No.1 and No.2 coils may exhibit a different potential balance from that in a normal condition thus the locked condition is judged and the current is cut off. Therefore the thermal destructure of compressors and electromagnetic clutch members can be prevented.</p>
