PURPOSE:To accurately perform printing without loosening the winding of a roll by lightly bonding the rear of a thermal transfer sheet wherein a heat- meltable ink layer is provided to a base film wound in a roll form to the rear of a material to be transferred to form a co-wound thermal transfer sheet. CONSTITUTION:A heat-meltable ink layer 2 is formed on a base film 1 and, if necessary, a mat layer 3 is provided between the base film 1 and the ink layer 2 and a slip layer 4 is provided to the rear thereof to form a thermal transfer sheet A. This thermal transfer sheet A and a material B to be transferred are bonded in a releasable manner by an adhesive layer C to form a co-wound thermal transfer sheet and the rear A' of the thermal transfer sheet A is lightly bonded to the rear B' of the material B to be transferred in a state wound in a roll form by an adhesive layer D. Therefore, even when this thermal transfer sheet is used in various printers such as a conventional facsimile or the like as it is, the winding of a roll is not loosened and accurate printing can be carried out. |
