PURPOSE:To measure a coil effect effective for settling coils by changing stepwise a value of current supplied to each coil to short individually each coil so that the coil effect in every current value of desired coil is figured out. CONSTITUTION:First, A1 ampere is supplied to each coil so as to measure a magnetic field and to obtain the result of the measurement according to each detector. Next, the magnetic field in the shortcircuit of only the coil L1 is measured to obtain a measured value of each detector. Then, the respective coils L2...L10 are shorted one by one sequentially to measure respectively the magnetic fields by the respective detectors and to obtain the measured values of the respective detectors corresponding to the respective coils. Next, differences between respective magnetic fields when respective coil are shortcircuited, while those differences being figured out of the magnetic fields generated in the respective coils supplied with same current are computed so as to obtain the coil effect of each coil from the ampere A1 and store it in a memory. Next, current is supplied with current values A2...A10 changed stepwise sequentially to carry out processes in the respective current values and similarly measure and store respectively the coil effects per current so that the coil effect is read out of the memory to be used for settling the coil. |
