<p>PURPOSE:To plan a work schedule having high executing probability and to effect indication of a work by planning a work schedule based on capacity to which equipment and experience and the schedule of a worker are added according to reference scheduling and piling up through automatic levelling of a production load. CONSTITUTION:A production managing system 1 comprises a general purpose computer 4 to process information of production activity, a magnetic disc 5 to store information, a terminal 6 to plan a production schedule, and a printer 7 to effect an output. An attendance managing system 2 comprises a computer B for managing an attendance information of each work, a magnetic disc 9 to store attendance information, and a terminal 10 to input a service schedule by each worker. A process managing system 3 comprises a production equipment control computer 11 to process data regarding work indication information, a magnetic disc 12 to store the information, a work indication terminal 13 to procure the information, a printer 17 to output the information, a production experience collecting terminal 14 to report the information to a production active personnel and collect experience, and an equipment working information collection terminal 15 to control a machining device 16 and monitor working thereof.</p> |
