摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To effectively reduce the adverse effect of disturbance and to improve the accuracy of thickness by comparing a gagemeter thickness with the target thickness value after the gagemeter thickness is performed by the restrictive treatment of changing rate per unit time and controlling the thickness of a material to be rolled in accordance with the correction quantity that is determined from the comparison. CONSTITUTION:The normalization for correcting the drawing down position of the gagemeter thickness Bi is performed with a comparator 22d based on the input of the gagemeter thickness Bi and the target thickness value Ci at stand and correction quantity S'i is determined. Next, in a computing element 22e for drawing down position, the correction quantities S''i+1, S''i+2 of drawing down position are determined based on the correction quantity S'i of drawing down position, mill constants Mi+1, Mi+2, gain constants Gi+1, Gi+2 and constants Ci+1, Ci+2 referring to rolling rolls. These correction quantities are outputted from the computer 22 and inputted to the control device for drawing down position of corresponding rolling stand. In this way, adverse effects of the disturbance due to electric or mechanical factor and noise can be effectively reduced.</p>
