PURPOSE:To manufacture the title capacitor in high applicable withstand voltage and low inner resistance by a method wherein layers comprising a conductive substrate, active carbon on the substrate and a water soluble binder or said layers whereto conductivity allowable agent is added are opposingly arranged through the intermediary of a separator. CONSTITUTION:An active carbon is bonded by immersion process onto both surfaces of aluminum foils 1 surface roughened by chemical etching process. After drying up in the air, the aluminum foils 1 are further dried up by far ultraviolet rays to form the active carbon foil electrodes 2, 3 into films. A pair of the formed foil type electrodes 4, 5 are wound up through the intermediary of a separator 6. As for an electrolyte, propylene carbonate solution with 1mol/l of tetraethyl ammonium tetrafluoroborate melted therein is used and then the housing is completed using an aluminum case 7, an aluminum lead electrodes 8, 9 and a rubber packing 10. |
