PURPOSE:To ensure 'OFF' state of a fuse circuit by welding the end part of a plate spring conductor piece and the end part of a wiring pattern with a low temperature fusible alloy, so as to short-circuit a gap. CONSTITUTION:A part of a conductor pattern 3B is notched by a preset length, and a gap 4 is provided thereby. A plate spring 5 is fixed on both ends of a wiring pattern 3 in such a way that it straddles the gap 4. The plate spring 5 is primarily formed in a bent bow before a thin-band-shaped flat plate is fixed thereto, and both ends thereof are welded to the end part of the wiring pattern 3 by a solder 6 of low melting point, and a fuse part 7 is thus formed. When the fuse part 7 of a heater is overheated to a preset temperature, the solder 6 is melted and the energization of the spring 5 is released, which is returned to the bent shape before it is fixed to the wiring pattern 3, and the 'OFF' state of a fuse circuit is thus ensured. |
