PURPOSE:To make it possible to reinforce adhesive force between a green sheet and a polymer film by specifying the initial drying speed on drying. CONSTITUTION:In a method wherein a polymer film which is a carrier film is adhered with a slurry ad adhesive force of a green sheet is reinforced by drying, the initial drying temp. on drying is set at 60-70 deg.C. It is possible to obtain an optimum adhesive force by setting the initial drying temp. of the green sheet in the range of 60-70 deg.C and controlling the thickness of a binder layer on the surface of the green sheet. If the initial temp. is lower than 60 deg.C, the adhesive force between the green sheet and the film becomes weaker and on the other hand, if it is above 70 deg.C, the adhesive force becomes too strong and when peeling is performed, breakage and chipping of the green sheet occur. |
