<p>PURPOSE:To carry out dividing action in a smallest space and shorten a treatment time by arranging pallet stations longitudinally and laterally in order performing dividing action and work exchanging action in parallel, and by moving pallets in sequence in order to shorten gaps by way of using empty stations. CONSTITUTION:When a pallet A is carried in on a pallet fixing device 4 from a carry-in station a stopper rail 25 turns clockwise, a drive member 39 advances and a pallet C of a station 3 is moved to a station 2 and positioned, a pressing claw 52 advances and a pallet D of a station 4 is moved to the station 3. Meanwhile, a work of exchanging a processed work with a new work for a pallet F in a station 6 is completed. The pallet F in the station 6 is unlocated and a drive member 36 advances upward, and after the pallets F, E of the stations 6, 5 are respectively moved to their respective next stations, a pallet B staying in a station 1 is positioned.</p> |
