PURPOSE:To effectively conduct heat from a core block to a carriage by a method wherein a heat radiation member is fixed closely on a mounting reference surface of the carriage and a nose frame is mounted with reference to the mounting part of the heat radiation member and the positioning part on the carriage. CONSTITUTION:A heat radiation member 4 is fixed on a mounting reference surface 21 of a carriage 20 with a screw 24 with a positioning dowel 17 at the lower end of a nose frame 13 in engagement with a positioning hole 23 of the carriage 20, whereby the assembly of the nose frame 13 and a core block is accurately positioned in their respective surface directions. When printing operation is effected in this condition, the heat produced from a coil is effectively transmitted through the core block 1 and a heat-transfer resin 12 to the heat radiation member 4, a part of this heat is dissipated into the air via a radiating fin 5 and the remainder is effectively transmitted from a mounting part 6 in close contact with the mounting reference surface 21 of the carriage 20 through the carriage 20 to a guide shaft 25, thereby controlling the overheating of a print head. |
