PURPOSE:To obtain the subject food giving sensually preferable taste and texture in a low cost containing specific amounts of at least two species of Allii tuberosi semen, Platycodi radix and Lycii fructus in a meal. CONSTITUTION:At least two species of Allii tuberosi semen, Platycodi radix and Lycii fructus are contained in the objective food in an amount selected from (A) a content satisfying formula I and formula II [(x) is the weight (g) of Allii tuberosi and 0<x<200; (y) is the weight (g) of Platycodi radix and 0<y<75; (z) is the weight (g) of Lycii fructus and 0<z<100], (B) a content satisfying formula III, (C) a content satisfying formula IV and formula V and (D) a content satisfying formula VI and formula VII. |
