<p>PURPOSE:To rationally execute each management for entrance and exit so that each procedure for the entrance and the exit can be executed easily and correctly by printing out entrance data and exit data based on the card number of an admission certificate as occasion demands. CONSTITUTION:In addition to a display device 2, visiting destination key 3, an input key device 4, a mode key 5 and a function key 6, a bar code reader 14 to read the bar code of a visiting card A or each admission certificate B, C and a printing device 15 to print out each data and generate a list, etc., are connected to an interface circuit 13 connected between a CPU 10 and a memory 11 through a bus 12. Then, they operate under to monitoring of the CPU 10 in conformity to the system program of the memory 11. Therefore, various kinds of entry procedure having been executed at every entrance and exit can be entirely abolished, and a visitor can very easily enter and leave at the gate. Thus, the number of workers for accepting the visitor can be greatly curtailed, and simultaneously, the management of the visitor can be executed correctly.</p> |
