PURPOSE:To efficiently sterilize various germs in a refrigerating case and in water by connecting a pressure vessel, sealing gasified and liquefied ozone, to piping of the refrigerating case and injecting the ozone gas into the refrigerating case from an opening hole of the above-mentioned piping. CONSTITUTION:Liquefied ozone is sealed in a pressure vessel 1 while providing a pressure reducing valve and a flow meter in the pressure vessel 1. A pipe 31 in a refrigerating case 2 is formed in a double pipe as shown in a partially spread display, and many holes 31b1 are drilled in the periphery of an internal pipe 31a which is a main pipe. Ozone gas is discharged into the refrigerating case 2 from each hole 31b1 to perform sterilization in the refrigerating case 2. As a result, the inside of the refrigerating case 2 is cleaned and purified. In this method, the clean refrigerating case can always be obtained by actively making sterilization of various germs. |
