PURPOSE:To efficiently execute production control, quality control, and decision system operation control, etc., by storing various kinds contents about the processing of a window unit, and besides, obtaining the statistics of those. CONSTITUTION:In a CPU, unit discrimination data generating means 30(1) to 30(n) as many as the windows for the processing of a window unit can be set and an overall discrimination data generating means 40 are provided, and simultaneously, particularly in order to store processed contents in each unit discrimination data generating means 30(1) to 30(n) and execute statistic processing, storage statistic control means 50(1) to 50(n) are generated by software correspondingly to each unit discrimination data generating means 30(1) to 30(n). Therefore, by storing the processed contents in each unit discrimination data generating means 30(1) to 30(n), that is, each discriminated result, the time of the occurrence of a defective product, analysis data numerical value to be the object of the processing, etc., and besides, storing beforehand the statistic value of these numerical values or the number of pieces of nondefective/defective products, etc., the discrimination state of each window unit becomes capable of being displayed. Thus, the quality control, the decision system, and the production control, etc., can be efficiently executed. |
