摘要 PURPOSE:To freely select a gear ratio of a nozzle head mechanism by providing a drag correcting device in the nozzle attitude control of a CNC laser beam machine for three dimensional working. CONSTITUTION:The nozzle attitude controlling system is composed of interpolating devices 1 for X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis, alpha-axis and beta-axis, a drag correcting means 8 for the beta-axis based on the rotation of the alpha-axis and an adder to add its corrected output to the axial output of the interpolating device 1. In this way, since the drag by the alpha-axis is corrected by the drag correcting means 8 irrespective of the gear ratios of gears to join the rectangular axes to the beta-axis of the nozzle head mechanism can be selected freely.
