PURPOSE:To output a signal selected on an ISDN primary group subscriber line, to monitor the output and to attain efficient monitor by allowing a primary group subscriber signal selection controller to control a primary subscriber signal selector when a selection command is implemented. CONSTITUTION:When a maintenance personnel operates a maintenance terminal equipment 10 to enter a line number of a monitored primary group subscriber line, the designated line number information is sent to a primary group subscrib er signal selection controller 11. The primary group subscriber signal selection controller 11 sends a control signal to select a primary group subscriber signal on a designated monitor primary group subscriber line to a primary group subscriber signal selection device 9. As a result, the primary group subscriber signal selection device 9 receiving the control signal from the primary group subscriber signal selection controller 11 selects the primary group subscriber signal designated from plural primary group subscriber signals and outputs the signal to a monitor 12. Thus, the reconnection between interface circuits 2,2' and the monitor 12 is not required in the case of monitoring.
