PURPOSE:To improve the operability of the machine by constituting a lens mount to hold a working lens for condensed working laser beam so that it can be attached and detached manually. CONSTITUTION:The working head 5 of a laser beam machine is composed of a cylindrical body to hold the working lens 4 and a working head body 9 to hold it, and a locking means and a working gas flow passage having a prescribed positional relation with it are provided on the cylindrical body. The working head body 9 is provided with a guide means and a regulating means and is so constituted that the body is communicated with the working gas passage as it regulates the axial movement of the cylindrical body. Consequently, since the attaching and removing of the lens mount to and from the working head body 9 is simplified and the gas flow in the working head 5 can be reproduced in the same state, the operability can be improved and also the roughness of the cut surface can be fixed. |
