CONSTITUTION:A gelling agent of carboxymethylcellulose etc., and In compound or In compound and Hg compound are mixed uniformly. This mixture is mixed with Zn alloy powder uniformly. This admixture is added to an alkali electrolytic solution such as aqueous solution of NaOH, and the resultant is agitated under decompressed condition.
