<p>PURPOSE:To attain the handling of two or more cassettes having respectively different sizes by setting up respective reference stop positions of two or more cassettes having respectively different sizes and controlling the driving of the cassettes in both X and Y directions based upon the outputs of respective position detecting means. CONSTITUTION:The cassette carrier is provided with an X direction insertion port 2, a Y direction insertion port 3 intersecting orthogonally with the port 2, moving means 4, 5 for moving a cassette in the X and Y directions, a position regulating means 6 to be extended in the X or Y direction, plural position detecting means S1 to S9 respectively having the reference stop positions of two or more cassettes having respectively different sizes in the abutting state of the cassette side upon the means 6 to detect whether each cassette is positioned on each reference stop position or not, and a control circuit 11 for controlling the driving of the moving means 4, 5 based upon the outputs of respective means S1 to S9. Even when the cassette is inclined in the X or Y direction, the cassette can be pressed to the means 6 and moved again and plural cassettes having respectively different sizes can be stopped on respective reference stop positions.</p> |
