<p>PURPOSE:To produce a noble metallic card in which clarity of color tone in noble metal is not deteriorated by lapping a translucent resin film so that the translucent face is placed on a noble metallic foil side and thermally contact-bonding the translucent resin film to make this resin film transparent and lapping the translucent resin film on both faces of the thermally contact-bonded sheet and thermally contact-bonding the resin film. CONSTITUTION:Gold, silver, platinum or alloy, etc., are utilized for a noble metallic foil. For example, in the case of utilizing a gold foil, the gold foil 1 having high purity and <=1000mum thickness is utilized. A first transparent resin films 2 are closely stuck on both faces of the metallic foil 1. The surface of the transparent resin film 2 is formed of a smooth transparent face and the rear thereof is formed of a translucent face by unevennesses. These unevennesses of the rear are thermally contact-bonded and closely stuck on the noble metallic foil 1. A pictograph is previously applied to the smooth transparent face of the surface side of the translucent resin film before thermal contact-bonding is performed. The transparent resin films 2 are closely stuck on both faces of the noble metallic foil 1. An air layer is avoided from being present in the interval thereof. The color tone of the noble metallic foil 1 is prevented from being made unclear. A second transparent resin films 3 are formed on both faces of the obtained thermally contact-bonded sheet. The pictographs are embossed while holding the color tone of the noble metallic foil as a background. A noble metallic card is obtained which is suitable for decoration and for an exchange of presents.</p> |
