<p>PURPOSE:To extend the life of a battery at a standby time by providing a solar cell as the auxiliary means of the battery. CONSTITUTION:A memory card has a solar cell 6 on its surface. Therefore, by placing this memory card at a place where light is applied at a standby time, the life of the battery 3 can be extended and the solar cell 6 can be charged according to circumstances. When the surface of the card also receives light at the time of the connection to a system, the power supply of the system can be supported. By this method, the life of the battery at a standby time can be extended.</p> |
