摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain excellent operation performance by putting respective photoelectric conversion units consisting of photodetector and electronic circuit parts for at least two channels in the storage part of a heat-conductive and electromagnetic shielding container which is divided symmetrically about the center, and closing the container with a homogeneous cover. CONSTITUTION:The photoelectric conversion units 251 and 252 are installed symmetrically in storage parts R1 and R2 formed by dividing the container 21, made of metal which is high in heat conductivity and electromagnetic shielding performance, symmetrically by a center internal wall 23, and the container 21 is covered with the cover 22 made of the same material with the container 21. Consequently, the units 251 and 252 are installed under nearly the same conditions and the storage parts R1 and R2 form a sealed space to have good shielding performance and minimize the influence of outside environment, so the units 251 and 252 are brought under temperature control, so that the internal photodetectors 26 and electronic circuit parts 27 display stable operation performance.</p>
