<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an electronic terminal part from being broken and disconnected by an electrochemical reaction with lapse of time by providing a metal which is highly resistant to corrosion in the electrode terminal part. CONSTITUTION:The metal 19 which is highly resistant to corrosion is connected from the sealed inner side to form the terminal part. Namely, the metal 19 which is highly resistant to corrosion (for example, aluminum metal) is formed by sputtering in the external terminal part and thereafter, the metallic electrode 19 is photoetched so as to remain from the sealed inner side toward the terminal part. The generation of the electrochemical reaction by the moisture of dew setting, etc., generated in the panel by a high temp. and high humidity or an abrupt change in environmental conditions and a chromium electrode 15 and the consequent breakage are prevented in this way.</p> |
