PURPOSE:To make precision processing by irradiation of the surface of a fine particle with lasers by bringing the energy of a processing laser into laser multiphoton reaction. CONSTITUTION:A fine decorating and processing device is constituted of laser device sections A1, A2, a fine positioning device section B for the part to be irradiated with the lasers, and an image processor section C. The fine decorating and processing are executed by controlling the energy of the processing lasers and bringing the lasers into the multiphoton reaction at the time of processing. The chemical fine decorating and processing, etc., of the surface of the fine particle by the irradiation with the lasers of sub-micron order are easily and precisely executed in this way. |
