<p>Handling installation for metallurgical products, such as, in particular, slabs, blooms, billets and the like, with crossed translational movements, characterised in that it comprises: - means (10) making it possible to ensure gripping, handling and transportation of metallurgical products (14), these means being driven in a translational movement along a rolling track (12, 12'); and - a transfer trolley (16) on which the said means (10) carrying a product (14) are positioned, the said transfer trolley being capable of moving along a rolling track (18) in a translational movement perpendicular to the translational movement of the said means (10) in order to bring the said product to any desired location. <IMAGE></p> |
