PURPOSE:To execute connection regulation by charge information such as a charging index in an automobile telephone exchange system by providing a comparison means calculating the charging index at a dialing of a subscriber and comparing it with a charging index requested from the subscriber. CONSTITUTION:A storage device 5 includes a request charging index registration table 51 and a service start table 52 in an automobile telephone exchange system revising the charging index depending on a speech channel utilizing rate in a service area, and a CPU 4 implements all sequence control processing in an exchange such as request charging index registration processing, connection regulation service start release processing, charging index calculation processing at dialing of a subscriber and charging index comparison processing. Then the charging index varying time by time dialed by the subscriber and an upper limit charging index registered in advance by the subscriber are compared and when the former charging index exceeds the latter charging index, the call connection is regulated. Thus, a subscriber dial talk when the talking charge is high is regulated. |
