<p>PURPOSE:To set a material to be treated at suitable position and to prevent the development of defect caused by unevenness of heat-treatment by constituting a carrying means of a quenching apparatus by a carrying shaft having positioning means fixing the range of reciprocation and a holding member arranged to the carrying shaft. CONSTITUTION:In a high frequency plug quenching apparatus, the carrying means 5 is formed by the carrying shaft 6 and the holding member 7, 7 arranged to the carrying shaft 6. The carrying shaft 6 is arranged along a carrying line and reciprocately moved by a cylinder 9. The range of reciprocation is fixed by using a positioning shaft 13 and the rod 11 with liftable step. The holding member 7 is composed of one pair of the supporting tools 14, 14' and fitted to the carrying shaft 6 as rotatable and also by forming the recessed part at one side 14 of the supporting tool, the treating material is held. By this method, the carried treating material can be set at the position, accurately coinciding with center of the furnace or center of the high frequency plug, and the good quenching can be executed.</p> |
