<p>PURPOSE:To favorably insure occupant crash protection performance by controlling developing motion of an air bag device provided on the back side in the first row seat, according to the posture of the second row seat. CONSTITUTION:The second row seat 2 is rotationally movably fitted to a floor 5, selectably fitted into two positions, a normal position facing to the front and an opposing position to the third row seat 3, and incliningly movably fitted. An air bag device 21 is provided on the pad part of a steering wheel 4 to protect the occupant of the first row seat 1. An air bag device 22 to protect the occupant of the second row seat 2 is provided on the back side 1a of the head rest 1a of the first row seat 1, and similarly an air bag device 23 is provided on the head rest 2a of the seat 2. When the seat 2 is in the opposing seat position, both the devices 22, 23 are not actuated, the occupant of the seat 1 is not pushed, and when the seat 2 is backward inclined, the device 23 is half opened not to strongly push the occupant of the seat 3.</p> |
