<p>PURPOSE: To discharge excess water to an aqueous environment or recirculate the excess water as process water by treating all the excess water produced based on a process and removing biologically deteriorated organic substances. CONSTITUTION: A papermaking sludge 11 is introduced into a fiber removing tank 12 and water 14 for dilution is fed from a collecting vessel 16 for a discharge liquid from a purifier 29. A pulp in a slurry entering a dehydrator 71 on the downstream side of a bleaching tank 67 is washed with fresh water 72 or a biologically treated discharge liquid 34 is forcibly fed and washed. Discharge water 74 is transferred to a collecting vessel 76. Excess water 75 and 54 is made to flow to the bleaching tank 67 or a collecting vessel 53 under the vessel 76 and then to flow from a hydrocyclone through the vessel 53 to the fiber removing tank 12. A collecting vessel 22, the purifier 29, the collecting vessel 16 and a biological process 32 are successively provided under a vibrating screen 18 and the collecting vessel 53 is arranged under a vibrating screen 51. Mixing tanks 43, 57 and 62 are installed thereunder and the collecting vessel 22 is provided thereunder.</p> |
