PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition providing a substrate with excellent opacity, containing hollow polymer particles having shell comprising a polymer with a high glass transition temperature as pigment. CONSTITUTION:The object composition containing hollow polymer particles having shell comprising a polymer with >=100 deg.C high glass transition temperature as pigment. The hollow polymer particles are obtained by swelling carboxy modified polymer particles having >=100 deg.C glass transition temperature with a base in the presence of an organic solvent and successively treating the particles with an acid.
