CONSTITUTION:A primary injection material is injected by moving forward the piston rod of a hydraulic cylinder in mold clamping, and adhering the tip plane of a first movable die body 13 and that of a projecting part 19 for the character A part 6 of a second movable die body 14 closely with a fixed template 10, and closing transparent resin filling space. Next, transparent resin is injected and formed due to the retreat of the tip planes of the die bodies 13, 14 by retreating the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 18. Therefore, a recessed part 7 of A character shape is formed on the back plane side of the colored part 3 of a cassette half 1. When such cassette half 1 is loaded, a character A can be clearly identified with the light of a backlight. In such a way, satisfactory visibility can be obtained, and also, the molding can be easily performed by a polychromatic molding method. |
