PURPOSE:To have allowable energy not less than that at the time of 200V/mm when V1mA/t is made more than 300V/mm by having ZnO as a main component and adding one of specific elements to an auxiliary component such as rare earth elements for firing. CONSTITUTION:An rare earth element (0.08 to 5.0at%), Co (0.1 to 1.00at%), at least one kind of Mg, Ca (0.01 to 5.0at%), at least one kind of K, Cs, Rb (0.01 to 1.0at%), Cr (0.01 to 1.0at%), B (5X10<-4> to 1X10<-1>at%), at least one kind of Al, Ga, In (1X10<-4> to 5X10<-2>at%), at least one kind of Sb, Nb, W, Ta, P (1X10<-3> to 5X10<-2>at%) are added to ZnO as a main component for firing. In this way, even in the high region where V1mA/t is more than 300V/mm, V1mA/t can have allowable energy more than that at the time of about 200V/mm. |
