发明名称 FULL HEAT EXCHANGING ELEMENT
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve a stability in size setting and workability by a method wherein rectangular-shaped ribs forming parallel flow passages where a primary air flow passes are disposed in a specified spacing at a surface of a sheet having a thermal conducting characteristics and moisture permeability and some blocks having ribs forming parallel flow passages where a secondary air flow passes at a rear surface of the sheet the piled up in such a way as the ribs are overlapped in parallel to each other. CONSTITUTION:A full heat exchanger element 1 is constructed such that a plurality of resin ribs 3 are disposed on a surface of a sheet 2 such as a craft paper for conducting and permeating temperature and humidity, and resin ribs 4 at both ends of the sheet 2 are formed wider than the ribs 3. A plurality of resin ribs 5 are disposed at a rear surface of the sheet 2 in such a way as the ribs may cross at a right angle with the ribs 3 and 4. Resin ribs 6 formed wider than the ribs 3 are disposed at both ends of the rear surface of the sheet 2 so as to constitute a block 7. A plurality of the other blocks are piled up in such a way as the ribs 3, 4 or ribs 5, 6 of the block 7 are overlapped in parallel to form a full heat exchanging element 1 is formed. With such an arrangement, the sheet 2 may not be bent and an extension or retraction of the sheet 2 due to a humidity can be restricted by ribs 3 and 6.
