The wrist watch intended to receive radio messages includes the assembly of a movement, of a middle part (4) and of a back (44). The movement comprises a plate (13) receiving: means (1, 2) of displaying the time, a first battery for operating the said means, a cell (16) for displaying messages, a first glass (21), electronic circuits (18), a case (24) for receiving a second battery (25) and an aerial formed of a coil containing turns (23) coiled around the movement and bearing on the first glass and on the case. The middle part includes a second glass (41) and tops off the upper part of the movement. The back covers the lower part of the movement and is provided with a lateral opening (47) giving access to the second battery in order to enable it to be changed.
