<p>PURPOSE:To increase an operation speed in each operation mode by utilizing information, which is applied at the time of mode setting of an integrated circuit which requires the restoration time different by operation mode, to select an optimum restoration time in each operation mode. CONSTITUTION:When the operation mode requiring a long restoration time is selected by an operation mode set switch 103, a counter output 116 to secure a long restoration time A is taken as an output 119 of a selecting circuit. When the operation mode requiring a short restoration time is selected, a counter output 117 to secure a short restoration time B is taken as the output 119 of the selecting circuit. The counter output 119 selected by the selecting circuit 107 is inputted to a restoration time securing circuit 106 to secure the restoration time suitable for the operation mode. Thus, the operation speed in each operation mode is increased.</p> |
