PURPOSE:To adjust a molding material molded into a green sheet to uniform density by measuring the density of a part of the molding material after drying to control the temp. in an initial drying zone. CONSTITUTION:A slurry 1 is molded by a doctor blade 2 and a back roll 20 while applied to a carrier film 3 to prepare a green sheet 4. The green sheet 4 is continuously moved in a drying oven 5 by a belt 6. The drying oven 5 consists of four zones, that is, initial, secondary, teritiary and final drying zones A, B, C, D and the zones B, C, D are held to about 50, 70 deg. and 80 deg.C. The green sheet 12 after drying is fed to a feed roller 10a to peel off the carrier film 3 and wound around a take-up roll 9. The end part of the green sheet 12 is punched between feed rollers 10c, 10d by a punch 13 and the wt. of the punched part is measured by a wt. measuring device 14 to calculate the density thereof and this density is fed back by a circuit 15 so as to become a definite value to control the temp. in the initial drying zone A. |
