UTILIZATION OF CRUSTACEAN AS RESOURCES

摘要

PURPOSE:To accomplish the title utilization by obtaining in good efficiency a high-quality, substantially perfectly deashed crustacean cuticle for obtaining chitosan, by mixing crustacean cuticle with an acid solution and reacting the mixture under specified temperature conditions to deash the cuticle. CONSTITUTION:Crustacean cuticle is mixed with an acid solution (e.g. 2N hydrochloric acid solution), and the mixture is reacted at about 100-150 deg.C to deash the cuticle.
