<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a low-noise and light-weight product by incorporating an insulated circular-surface upheaval section on the top face of a semiconductive plane contact section with both side faces being made circular surface and by installing a reinforcing filament inside of the incorporated body. CONSTITUTION:A circular-surface upheaval section 3 is made of synthetic resin such as bridged polyethylene, nylon and polycarbonate. A semiconductive plane contact section 2, which is made of the aforementioned resin blended with semiconductive material such as carbon, has a curved-surface bottom face 5 to be fit to the curve of the surface of an electric wire, circular-surface side faces 6 and 7 and a recessed face 9' formed on its top face. The external surface 8 of the insulated circular-surface upheaval section 3 is made circular surface, the lower part being widened on both sides to be connected to the circular surfaces 6 and 7 at boundary sections and a recessed curved surface 9 being formed inwards. The plane contact section 2 and the circular-surface upheaval section 3 are incorporated in a body to make a lengthy plastic filament. Then, a reinforcing filament 4 made of metal or synthetic resin is installed in the inner recessed curved face 9, 9' of the incorporated body. By this method, a corona discharge is avoided.</p> |
